Founded in 2025, The Collective was created to give independent hairstylists and beauty professionals a space where they can be creative and work freely while still being part of a community.
The space is designed to mimic a clean, stylish art studio where everything needed—from towels to color stations—is ready so stylists can focus on craft without worrying about the setup. For clients, this means undivided attention in a welcoming, professional environment.

Our Space
The inspiration for The Collective’s physical space comes from an art studio vibe. Think modern, minimal and cozy industrial-chic style. The main idea was to create a clean, uncluttered environment that encourages creativity while still feeling warm and welcoming.
The reception and waiting area have a high-end, comfortable feel with inviting colors, while the spacious stylist stations feature a more industrial feel with natural maple cabinetry, concrete countertops with glass overlays, and clean, minimal design.
There’s also a lab-like color room with white cabinets and black countertops, private rooms for services such as medical spa treatments or massage, and retail space integrated into the welcoming areas. The overall design balances functionality and style.

Lauren has always been drawn to the transformative power of hair and makeup. Her journey began at Paul Mitchell the School-Green Bay and has since unfolded into over fifteen years of experience as a professional hairstylist and makeup artist. Today, she’s one of the founders of The Collective.
Her work blends creativity with technical skills. Lauren’s specialties include extensions, precision hair cutting, styling, custom coloring and professional makeup. She believes every service should enhance a person’s natural beauty while reflecting individual style.
